Your buyers agent with complete the purchase and sales agreement per your requirements. Your agent will review this document with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the offer and to make sure certain sections are adequate. Such as:
1. Your obtaining a mortgage.
2. Having adequate time for a home inspection.
3. Due Diligence period.
4. Advice about requesting or not requesting closing cost.
5. A final walk-through inspection 24 hours before closing.
